As I was going through your blog there was a quote” Think nation first, Act nation first, make nation first”, But first you have to think Karnataka first, Act Karnataka first, make Karnataka first. After that only nation.
Why I mean to say this?
Because from past 20 years regional parties like DMK, AIADMK, RJD, TDP, SP have a great say on all decision taken by central government, due to this state like Karnataka getting step motherly treatment from the central government because of national thinking of people of Karnataka and representative from Karnataka like ananth kumar have been mute spectator, because of this we did not got justice from any party in central may be UPA or NDA,so people of Karnataka as to rethink before voting to any candidate whether he is capable of representing and understand the sentiments of kannada people.

I am putting my thoughts here with a very clear frame of mind of why should I vote you or not.
Dont you think, somewhere in the corner of your mind that you are thinking Brahmin votes would be in your favour. Arent you almost taking advantage of them. Though I live in USA currently, I am in touch with most of my family members who live around Basavanagudi. I was thinking it is only me thinking about Krishna Byregowda, surprisingly NO. Their most prominent reason to not vote you this time is to vote you back in the election after the CURRENT. And to let you know, dont people for granted and be accessible.You might to very close to Advani or Vajapayee. That is good for you. But where have people seen in between Elections. No where. I quote what you said, you will raise the voice of Karnataka in Loksabha. Is just raising the voice going to solve the problem…You didnt need 4 victories to request yet another time to raise a voice.I am sorry to say this yet another time, you may not find the same response as it has been these past victories..I am only trying to understand the thoughts of the people I have known who have voted you. This time around, I see a very consistent opinion…Not Ananth this time, let him realise that nobody can be taken for granted…Good luck to you anyways.

I am not a Kannadiga but I hope this blog will be in Kannada and will continue regularly even after elections.

Dear sir,
When we hear BJP word, common thought comes in mind, it is a party for Hinduism, not for Nationalism. because what it was created neusence in Ayodhya issues. still i remember how much we struggle to go school and reach back to home during theese period. how much fear, how much rejection we had during those period is unexpresable.
Recentnly, My Master, His Holiness Sri Sri Ravishankar founder of Art Of Living, one of his private meeting ask us to vote for BJP. His words are LAW for me. I ready to obey his sentence.
Still some doubts flow in mind, how much BJP is useful to ALL(not only for Hindu). i wread in newspaper BJP is having Ayodhya issues in thier Agenda. If we get assurance to drop it, we may campain for BJP.

No doubt Mr. Ananthkumar is a capable and the most efficient parliamentarian. His exposure in the national interest appears to be more than the state. It is high time that Mr. Ananthkumar will also give much of his time to the local issues and to the constituency to which he has been elected by the people. Trusting your aides can do little - But if you yourself jump into the field can do wonders. Please do be reachable to people you are a wonderful leader and voice of karnataka.

I completely agree with BJP remarks on UPA as they have failed in many issues, most important security and I know that BJP/NDA is the answer for this.

In fact when the candidates names were released for Bangalore South constituency, I wanted to vote for Congress as they had a fielded an youngster. But you see it is important to see which party comes to the center.

I happened to see your blog in the net. I wish you all the best in the coming parliamentary elections. Though my mother tongue is Kannada,i am living in mumbai. Recently i have purchased a house in Bangalore,as a pre plan investment for a post retirement plans, in the place called Dr.Shivram Karant nagar, near Hegde nagar. Our place is 6 Kilometres from Yelahanka and 2 kilometres from Thanisandra.
My interest of blogging to you is to suggest you the feasiblity of introducing an electric suburban services between Yelahanka and Bangalore city. Two tracks are already exists now.Millions of people who are living in these areas will be benefitted,and will reduce the burden of state run busses.Kindly think over. Also suggest you to upgrade the Yelahanka station with all fecilities. One has to go all the way to book railway tickets to cantonement or city stations.As per the bus services why dont you connect Yelahanka directly with south bangalore, via, Karanth nagar,Amruthahalli,Hebbal,RT nagar …At present we have to take a roundable route. This route will be faster. Once again i wish you good luck in coming elections.

The RBI relaxed the FEMA guidelines after the UPA came to power relaxing investment in real estate. Portfolio investment was allowed, NRIs were allowed to buy more than one house. As a result, too much foreign money came into real estate sector pushing the real estate prices from 1000 Rs. per sq. ft. to 4000 Rs. sq. feet.
our people have bought the flats at exhorbitant rates while the investors have taken away their money after selling the flats/houses. Recession came in. Jobs were lost. Our people are finding difficult to repay the loans. While flats rate have come down a little, ground prices still are high. Can a common man think of buying flat/house in future. Certainly not. This UPA government of Aam Admi done more damage to Aam Admi than helping him. No body speaks about this. If projected properly people will teach a lesson to UPA.

PM Manmohan Singh accused the opposition leader Shri. LK Advani crying from corner when Babri Masjid was demolished. But what this PM has done. Sent troops and given logistics support to Sri Lankan Military to committ genocide. Who will espouse this.

How come the renaming proposal - Bengaluru, Mysooru, Kalburgi, etc not really implemented? This is dissappointing? Please stive to protect Kannada and the local culture. Today Bengaluru serves for outsiders of Karnataka more than it serves the locals.

Good to read about ananth kumar. but its more interesting to read about the work done by Ananth kumars wife. she is doing the real good work for the needy. I pray god that she continue to do all the good work she is being doing “providing food to poor and needy”

Why is that your leaders like MR.Jaitley could not speak countering the acts of congress whenever they charge at your party in the national level.

When the facts are as under :

You can atleast as the party’s general secretary make the people understand the facts which now a history.

There are 10 crores youngsters, first time voters coming to the electorate who requires proper briefing about the incidences where in the congress is unnecessrily beyond the truth are passing accusations and your party leaders rather than countering it or in loss of words or memory to give befitting replies.

Please take note of the memory lane which are as under :-
we know what type of people support Congress, we have one example in front of us, i.e; The congress to save one Rubiya Sayeed the congress left off terrorist, and they justify that!! Then what is wrong in saving the lives of 161 Passengers by releasing 3 terrorists, Mr Jaswant Singh risked his own life to bring back 161 Indians Alive, During 26/11 attack in Mumbai your Raul vinci was busy Partying (may be at Amnesia along with Renuka Choudhary) and Mr ManMohanSing and Shivraj patil visited Mumbai after 48 hrs of attack!!! Modi visited Mumbai before them!!!! We Lost 180 Indians and caught one terrorist Kasab,whom along with Afzal, Cong is treating ROYALLY, Abhishek Manu is HMV(her master’s voice) without his own Soul and Self Respect. Congressmen why did they visit Mumbai so late?? Don’t they value the Live’s of INDIAN’s???

The only mistake made by NDA was Jaswant Singh travelling by the same plane which carried the Militants. Was it due to Logistcal issues ? It did look odd. However one should remember that Mufti Mohammed Sayeed (then of Congress and then a Congress ally) got militants released to save his daugher Rubaiya Sayeed. Why is Congress not talking about it ? Here atleast 200 innocents were saved. Even Duraiswamy of Indian Oil was saved like this only. Also why dont the Indian Airlines passengers who were saved speak in support of Advani. It is not fair to criticize Advani for this. Punjab problem was the result of Indira Gandhi supporting Bhindranwale to dismiss the Akali government. The Congress has no moral right since most the problems faced by the country are created by them

The following facts have to be first remembered before Kandahar issue is raised 1) The Indian Airlines plane was hijacked due to security lax at Katnmandu Airport in Nepal, when weapons were transferred from a PIA plane which had arrived from Pakistan. 2)Eventhough the plane did re-fuel at Chandigrah, the Government had very little time to react and send Commandos 3) The Plane was eventually hijacked to Kandahar in Afghanistan, which was completed under Taliban rule, after a stop over in Dubai, where Rupen Katyal’s body was thrown 4) There were 200 innocents passengers on board the plane, which could have been easily blow-up 5) There was tremendous pressure put up by the relatives on TV to get the passengers released. The NDA Government was hence under compulsion to reluctantly release the 3 terrorists, for which you cannot blame the Home Minister, as the hijack happened due to security lapse at Kathmandu.Moreoever did’nt Mufti Mohammed Sayeed (then of Congress and then a Congress ally) get his work done by releasing the terrorists for his lone daughter.

Congress does not know how to rule the country peacefully and wants to enjoy power only by dividing the country between Muslims and other communities. Kandhara episode of a Minister accompanyimng terrorists was in the interest of protecting the lives of many innocent passemngers and airplane. If the terrorists had blasted the plane not only the plane but also innocent people would have been klled alongwith the people who were near the whole area would have been killed and destroyed. This was carefully arranged to save the lives and properties in country and public interest. Is it not a shame for protecting Afzal Guru even after the verdict of Supreme court. Chidambaram says 28 cases are pending for Presidents decision. When we have politiins ministers Prime minister, is it not a shame to keep cases pending for years. Congress hidden agenda is to appease Muslims and those who protect ciminals and terrorists are traitors are only . Congress is unfit to rule the country safely and peacfully
Talk about recent Taj, where Congress got killed 200 Indians through their Jihadis. BJP saved life of 160 Indians.

I have been a supporter of BJP all along and have admired you. But now I am filled with despair due to the following points :
1. The Reddy brothers are allowed to do as they please. They are reportedly looting Karnataka’s natural wealth. They have bigger designs and we kannadigas and BJP are just mute spectators. It is Bellary for now and next in line are Raichur and Chitradurga !! Shame !!
2. The allegations of altering the border with Karnataka and including our land with Andhra by the Reddy brothers is such a disgusting thing reported with proof in several news papers - but you are silent. Do you care about Karnataka or not ?
3. Slowly the growing influence of Andhra oriented Telegu politicians is increasing in Karnataka. They are brash and openly support Telugu. You are silent.
4. It is reported that most contracts in government is going to Andhra due to the blessing of the Reddy brothers and you continue to be silent.
5. You preside over meetings organized to get Telugu people at one place and share the dias with Venkaiah Naidu who addressed the gathering in Telugu and was stopped by a protest from karave activists. Silence again.
6. The bridge in Hampi collapsed and the contractor responsible from Hyderabad was not exactly taken to task. The Reddy brothers have a Knack of pushing things under the carpet. You know about this - don’t you ?
7. The looting of Karnataka resources will continue to happen by people of Andhra origin with a govenment like BJP which seems like is itself patronizing Andhra.
8. Telugu and Kannadiga people have had a harmonious relationship and we never really differentiated especially with a lot of luminaries who have done yeomen service to Kannada being Telugu speaking. But the recent developments after BJP came to power in state have created a doubt in the mind of Kannadigas.
9. So many Telugu movie posters and theaters showing telugu movies in Bengaluru - But show me one Kannada movie in Hyderabad ? Why Kannadigas living in Hyderabad are deprived ? Why this misplaced generosity from Kannadigas which has given us nothing except exploitation by others ? Don’t we have self respect ? Please answer what you will do about this.
11. Please do not respond to this with a statement like “India is one and we should care for India first”. Kannadigas know this better than anybody else and need no lessons on how to be hospitable or how to behave when living outside state. What do say Ananthji ?
10. Save Karnataka from Andhra…..my humble request, kalakali….to you Anant avare !!

We in Karnataka have been amongst the most peaceful people in India for ages.

However, over the past few years, we find that money power is playing its part BRAZENLY under this present government which is a shame.

Everyone had thought that the BJP would be more disciplined but the only thing we have now got to see is money being made by the concerned in every aspect—road building, drain cleaning, hoardings, awarding of contracts, wholesale transfer of officials in admn and police………..the only target for the BJP in Karnataka is to raise money to fund the national election……

Interference in administration by the religious heads has reached unparalled heights and now the once highly acclaimed and the most transparent CET is also likely to get abolished. Which means more money exchanging hands and merit be damned…….
