ANANTH KUMAR (BANGALORE SOUTH): Sir, I beg to present the following Reports (Hindi and English versions) of the Standing Committee on Coal and Steel (2004-05):-

SHRI BASAVARAJ RAYAREDDI (KOPPAL): But ultimately we withdrew the Bill.

ANANTH KUMAR (BANGALORE SOUTH): You had to. You were forced to do that.
You do not have the number. You have got only 42. You should remember that sad
fact.

MR. DEPUTY-SPEAKER: Now, the House will take up item No. 29. The subject is very much important and the whole country is concerned about it. So, I would request hon. Members to be brief and give only suggestions.

ANANTH KUMAR (BANGALORE SOUTH): I beg to present the Seventy-second Report (Hindi and English versions) of the Standing Committee on Finance on the Authority for Advance Rulings on Central Taxes Bill, 2007.

MR. SPEAKER : Motion moved :

The question is:

“That the respective supplementary sums not exceeding the amounts on Revenue Account and Capital Account shown in the third column of the Order Paper be granted to the President of India, out of the Consolidated Fund of India, to defray the charges that will come in course of payment during the year ending the 31st day of March, 2009, in respect of the heads of Demands entered in the second column thereof against Demand Nos. 1 to 12, 14 to 25, 27 to 33, 35, 38 to 62, 64 to 74, 76, 77, 79 to 95 and 97 to 105.”
