IMF proposed that we impose exit tax on IITians leaving the country. It will be fair for the Indian taxpayers who subsidize our education system. Such proposals have come up before but never see the light of the day. I hope you will break this deadlock.

ಯೆಡ್ಯೂರಪ್ಪನವರು ಕರ್ನಾಟಕದ ಮೂಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿಗಳಾದ ಮೇಲೆ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಾಕಷ್ಟು ಬೆಳವಣಿಗೆಗಳಾಗಿವೆ. ಅದರಲ್ಲಿ ಎರಡು ಮಾತಿಲ್ಲ.
ನನಗೆ ಭಾರತೀಯ ಜನತಾ ಪಕ್ಷದ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಬಹಳ ನಂಬಿಕೆ ಉಂಟು.
ಆದ್ರೆ, ನನಗೆ ಮತ್ತು ಸಾಕಷ್ಟು ಕನ್ನಡಿಗರಿಗೆ ನೋವು ತಂದ ಕೆಲವು ವಿಷಯಗಳನ್ನ ನಿಮಗೆ ತಿಳಿಸ ಬಯಸಿ ಬರೆದಿರುವೆ:
೧. ಹಂಪಿ ಉತ್ಸವ:
ಇದು ಕರ್ನಾಟಕದ ಹೆಮ್ಮೆ. ಈ ಬಾರಿ ನಡೆದ ಹಂಪಿ ಉತ್ಸವ ತುಂಬಾ ನೋವುಂಟು ಮಾಡಿತು. ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವನ್ನ ಕನ್ನಡದ ಹಾಡುಗಳಿಂದ ಪ್ರಾರಂಭ ಮಾಡಿರಬೇಕಿತ್ತು. ಹಾಗಿರದೆ, ಆಶಾ ಭೋನ್ಸ್ಲೆ ಯವರು ಹಂಪಿಗೆ ಎಳ್ಳಷ್ಟೂ ಸಂಭಂಧವಿಲ್ಲದ ಯಾವುದೋ ಹಿಂದಿ ಹಾಡಿನೊಂದಿಗೆ ನಮ್ಮ ಕನ್ನಡನಾಡಿನ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವನ್ನ ಪ್ರಾರಂಭ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದರು. ಇದು ಏಕೆ ಹೀಗೆ ನಡೆಯಿತೆಂದು ಇದುವರೆಗೂ ಅರ್ಥವಾಗಿಲ್ಲ. ದಯವಿಟ್ಟು ಕನ್ನಡಿಗರ ಮೇಲೆ ಈ ರೀತಿ ನಡೆಯುತ್ತಿರುವ ಹಿಂದಿ ಹೇರಿಕೆಯನ್ನ ತಡೆಗಟ್ಟಿ.
೨. ಜನಪದೋತ್ಸವ:
ಲಾಲ್ ಬಾಗ್ ನಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆದ ಜಾನಪದ ಜಾತ್ರೆ ಕೂಡ ಹಿಂದಿ ಹಾಡಿನೊಂದಿಗೆ ಪ್ರಾರಂಭವಾಗಿತ್ತು. ನನ್ನ ಪ್ರಕಾರ, ನಾವು ಕನ್ನಡಿಗರಾಗಿರುವುದರಿಂದ ನಾವು ಭಾರತೀಯರಾಗಿದ್ದೆವೆ. ಹಿಂದಿ ಪ್ರೇಮ ಭಾರತ ಪ್ರೇಮವಲ್ಲ. ಕನ್ನಡದಲ್ಲಿ ನಾಡ ಭಕ್ತಿ ಗೀತೆಗಳಿಲ್ಲವೆ? ದೇಶ ಮೊದಲು ಎಂಬ ನಿಮ್ಮ ವಾದದಂತೆ, ಕರ್ನಾಟಕವಿಲ್ಲದೆ ಭಾರತ ಉಂಟೆ? ಒಂದು ಸುಭದ್ರ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕದಿಂದ, ಒಂದು ಸುಭದ್ರ ಕೇರಳದಿಂದ, ಹಾಗೆ ಸುಭದ್ರವಾದ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ರಾಜ್ಯಗಳಿಂದ ಮಾತ್ರ ಸುಭದ್ರ ಭಾರತವಾಗಲು ಸಾಧ್ಯ ಎಂದು ನನ್ನ ಅನಿಸಿಕೆ. ದಯವಿಟ್ಟು ಕರ್ನಾಟಕಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ನೀವು ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡಿ. ಅದರಿಂದಲೇ ಭಾರತಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡಿದಂತೆ,
ಭಾರತೀಯ ಜನತಾ ಪಕ್ಷದ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ನಾವೆಲ್ಲ ಇಟ್ಟಿರುವ ನಂಬಿಕೆಯನ್ನ ನೀವು ಉಳಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವಿರೆಂದು ನಾನು ಭಾವಿಸಿರುವೆ.

೧. ಹಂಪಿ ಉತ್ಸವ:

೨. ಜನಪದೋತ್ಸವ:

ಜನಲೋಕಪಾಲ ವಿಧೇಯಕ ಇನ್ನು ಏಕೆ ಜಾರಿಯಾಗುತ್ತಿಲ್ಲ ?ರಾಜಕಾರಣಿಗಳಿಗೆ Accountability ಬಗ್ಗೆ ನಂಬಿಕೆ ಇಲ್ಲವೇ?

ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ಸಿನ ರಾಜಕಾರಣಿಗಳಿಗೆ ವಿದೇಶಿ Account ಇದೆ. ಸ್ವದೇಶಿ ability ಇಲ್ಲ.

ಇಷ್ಟೂಂದು ಬೆಲೆ ಏರಿಕೆ, ಆಗ್ತಾ ಇದೆ. ಜನರು ಜೀವನ ನಡೆಸುವದು ಕಷ್ಟ ಆಗ್ತಿದೆ. ಜನರ ನೆರವಿಗೆ ಬರುವವರು ಯಾರೂ ಇಲ್ಲ ಅಂತ ಅನ್ನಿಸ್ತಾ ಇದೆ. ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ಏನು ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿದೆ ?

ಎಲ್ಲ ರಾಜಕೀಯ ಪಕ್ಷದವರು ಪರಸ್ಪರ ಆರೋಪ ಕೆಸರು ಎರಚುವದನ್ನು ನೋಡಿ ಜನತೆ ಬೇಸತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ರಾಜಕೀಯ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರ ಏನಾದರೂ ಸುಧಾರಣೆ ಕಾಣಬಹುದಾ ? ನಿಮ್ಮ ಯೋಜನೆ ಏನು?

ವಿಶ್ವದ ಪ್ರಮುಖ ಪ್ರಜಾಪ್ರಭುತ್ವ ದೇಶ ಎಂದು ನಾವು ಹೇಳಿಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತೇವೆ. ಆದರೆ, Corporation, ರಾಜ್ಯ, ದೇಶದ ಆಡಳಿತ ನೋಡಿದರೆ ಜನರನ್ನು ದೇವರೆ ಕಾಪಾಡಬೇಕು ಅನಿಸುವದಿಲ್ಲವಾ ?
